Lost Packages

Melanated Beauty Queens is NOT responsible for lost packages. Please contact the UPS.

Damaged Packages

If your items arrive damaged, please contact us via email within 24 hours, with picture or video proof.

When checking out please provide your full and current address. Melanated Beauty Queens is NOT responsible for incorrect addressess submitted by the customer. If the address was incorrect before the customer receives their conformation email, please contact us via email within 24 hours.
